Returns & Refunds: Please inspect photos and read descriptions thoroughly. I like to communicate a lot for commissions and will send photos of the finished product unless you tell me not to so you know exactly what to expect and we can work together to work out issues.

With that being said, clothing and ANY made-to-order creation is not eligible for return or refund. I can accept returns for scarves and purses within 30 days of shipment date if the item is undamaged and in good condition. However, If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will always try to work something out!

Cancellations: I am able to cancel an order before it ships so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

If a shipping label has been created, the label has already been purchased and likely to have left my possession and is on the way to you. Therefore, I cannot cancel the order once the label has been created.

I always recommend hand washing these handmade creations to keep them in their best condition for as long as possible. I also often add reinforcements like elastic, lining, and ties when needed in order to help you make this piece long lasting. All physical products will go through one last quality check + clean steaming before shipment.

All orders will come with a care sheet that notes the type of material used. Here is what they look like:

Your piece is completely hand knitted/crocheted. Fiber will naturally stretch over time. Handwash only and lay flat to dry to preserve it best. Throw in dryer IN A PROTECTED MESH BAG with other laundry occasionally if your garment has overstretched or needs a quick dry and fluff.

Once your order is confirmed, you should recieve a link to download your pattern in an email separate from the order confirmation. Shopify automatically confirms orders, and this may take a day or two longer after your purchase. Please check your email address provided and your spam folder in your email. If you still do not have your digital pattern, please email me skumpstitch@gmail.com with your name and order number.
